So you’re interested in possibly becoming the newest client at Perfect Impressions – what comes next? We look forward to earning your business and hopefully forming a trusting relationship that will last through our one-of-a-kind introductory process. Our goal is to help you feel entirely confident about trusting your patients’ improved smiles in our capable hands! Keep reading below to learn more about what to expect, and feel free to contact us in Carrollton, TX if you have any questions or concerns.

Step 1: 1 on 1 Consultation

Consultation room

First, we want to take some time to simply get to know you. During a one-on-one consultation (either in-person or over the phone, depending on your location/schedule), Gail will want to discuss your personal style of dentistry, the types of restorations and materials you prefer to work with, and any unique goals or priorities that our laboratory will need to keep in mind when handling your cases. Here’s some more good news – this consultation is 100% complimentary!

Step 2: Send Us a Digital Scan or Traditional Impression

Next, our technicians would like to take a look at an example of your impressions! We strongly believe in the advantages of digital scans and can accept impressions from virtually any intraoral scanner on the market today through email, including iTero, 3 Shape/Trios, Cerec Sirona, D4D, 3M, Carestream, and more. If you prefer traditional impressions, that’s fine as well – just call us for a mailing label or to pick it up directly if you’re within 10-15 miles of our location. Remember to fill out the Traditional Impression Prescription form (available below) and include it with your package.

Step 3: Send Us the Case

It’s time to explore a full patient case together! For this step, every type of restoration/appliance has different needs, so our technicians will be happy to provide information regarding what we would like for you to provide for the most successful finished product. In most cases, we request at least digital photography and bite registration. There will be plenty of communication as well during the process so that we can fully understand any specific instructions of this particular case and the patient’s unique circumstances before getting started.

Step 4: Partner With Us

At Perfect Impressions, Gail strongly believes that the work shared by a dental practice and laboratory is a true partnership. Your patient’s finished restoration or appliance will be delivered free of charge ON TIME – guaranteed! You can always expect genuine transparency from us, including detailed report cards with each case. In the very, very slim chance that remakes become necessary, there is no additional charge involved; we’ll just take the time to understand why it happened in the first place so that our clients don’t experience it again.
